Halloween is quickly approaching. If you are planning to throw a big Halloween bash this year or if you always throw an annual Halloween party, here are some great decorating ideas from the Hostess With the Mostess
Instead of decorating in the typical Black and Orange, why not get creative and change the colors up at bit and throw some "Pink" in the mix for a "girly" feel. You can also throw in your own personal touch by wrapping wine bottles in decorative black Halloween paper like this:
If you want to plan a more "formal" event but still have a spooky vibe going on, you can go do something like this:
Our "Hostess With The Mostess" describes this as "Spooky Chic"
The picture above is also from the "Spooky Chic" party. Another personal touch is to serve drinks that coincide with your theme colors.
You can also get creative by serving drinks in specially labeled glasses with warning stickers daunting words like "Infested" "Corrosive" and "Poison"
Puts a whole new meaning to "Think Before You Drink" doesn't it? LOL!
*The warning stickers can be found here
Don't know what to serve your guests at your Halloween bash other than the typical Halloween candy? Why not try something like these cute little Halloween Cake Pops from Bakerella over at http://bakerella.blogspot.com/:
